Cancellation	If you wish to cancel your reservation the booking fee is non refundable. The booking fee, first night or price of the accommodation may still be charged depending on the policy of the hotel that you agreed to at the time of making the reservation. You may also be charged additional fees according to the following schedule: Cancellation up to 4 weeks before check-in: Non-Refundable Fee. Cancellation up to 2 Weeks before Check in:The value of 1st Night's Stay. Cancellation up to 48 Hours before Check in: Full value of the booking. No Show, without cancellation: Full value of the booking.
Children	Children under 7 years of age is free of charge when using existing beds. Extra person is charged 600 with extra bed.

Area Information

Pundaquit Beach is located 40 mins north west of Subic Bay and is famous with surfers and eco tourists alike. Frequent events adorn the beachfront resorts but many like to escape to paradise.

How to get here

Drive north from Subic Bay along the National Highway to San Antonio then Follow the signs to travel west along Pundaquit road to Pundaquit.
As you enter Pundaquit turn right just before the barangay arch right across from the waiting shed. Travel to the end of the road and Sun and Surf is on the left right on the beach front.
